  • The right to access – You have the right to request Cammillion for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Cammillion correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Cammillion to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Cammillion erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Cammillion restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Cammillion’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Cammillion transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

8.5 In accordance with the terms in the PDPA, we have the right to any may charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access request.

9.0 Governing law and jurisdiction

Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall limit the rights of the data subject under PDPA and GDPR. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
